The author of the project is Alexander Borodovchenko, designer Sergey Samovarov, architect Ata Broda. For the remodeling and repair works, project documentation was made with a selection of furniture and accessories. The implementation was carried out under the supervision of the architectural bureau "Borodovchenko and partners".Thanks to this solution, the loft space in the center of Moscow has turned into elegant duplex apartments. The total area is only 68 square meters, but compactly accommodate all the necessary living spaces, on the first level there is a kitchen-living room and an isolated bedroom, on the second level office. Thanks to the use of light finishing materials, there is a sense of spaciousness and lightness.
